Grandma's Storybook Cottage
My grandmother lived with us when I was a child. I learned a lot during those years because my grandmother was always telling stories. Many years later, it occurs to me that learning from Grandma was always more fun than school because it all centered on her storytelling. We've brought that same relaxed yet effective kind of learning experience to Monroe, Connecticut.

When you walk into Grandma's Storybook Cottage for the first time, you'll feel like you're walking into someone's cozy cottage. You'll gently used books. You'll see vintage dolls and new toys right next to them. You’ll find educational games and story-based curricula for all subjects and age levels. You'll find Made in the USA gifts. Tutoring, testing, and workshops will take place by appointment and as announced, after hours, in our cozy classroom. We hope to help you and your family rediscover the joy of learning something new each day.
